How long will it take to have my order delivered?
We do our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please notice transit times may vary depend on your location, parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Do you accept international orders?
While appreciate your interest in Mec-Gar product range, please notice Mec-Gar USA will only ship magazines with the United States and Puerto Rico. Please refer to your local distributor for more information about Mec-Gar product availability in your region.
Do you ship to APO boxes?
Because of restrictions we are unable to ship to APO boxes.

Please check all local and state laws concerning legal ownership of firearm magazines before ordering. Mec-Gar can not ship the following:
Effective 10/1/13: Connecticut residents must provide a copy of their pistol permit, ammunition eligibility certificate or long-gun eligibility certificate which matches the shipping address.

Unused products purchased directly from Mec-Gar USA may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a RMA for a return, exchange, or refund at Mec-Gar USA’s discretion. Please include a brief description of your issue, your name, address, phone number, product SKU’s, and invoice number if applicable.
Used and malfunctioning products fall under Mec-Gar USA’s warranty / repair policy. All returned items are subject to inspection and condition determination by Mec-Gar USA.
